About this role

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Process Audit Execution

- Conduct process audits as per audit plan.

- Verify adherence to SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and quality procedures.

- Machine parameter audit & strengthening - Filling machines, Robots, Vison system, RBT & Wheel alignment machines

- Evaluate process effectiveness and compliance with internal and customer requirements.

- Address Customer inputs in process audit & revise the standards periodically

- Special focus on Key stage & operation during audit & ensure 4M

- Unique system process audit establishment

Non-Conformance Management

- Process audit NC - TCF- Paint- BIW

- Critical Machine Gap analysis & benchmarking

- Vehicle System wise NC

- Process refinement based on field inputs

- Record all product & process deviation

- Shortage Management system establishment

- Pokyoke, Traceability, Traveller card adherence, Data management system

Compliance & Quality Systems

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA, IMS, QMS or applicable quality standards.

- Support internal, customer, and certification audits.

- Maintain audit records and documentation.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze audit findings and quality trends.

- Prepare management reports and audit scorecards.

- Recommend process improvements based on audit outcomes.

Experience

3-8 years of experience in Process Quality, Internal Audits, Manufacturing Quality, or Supplier Quality

Industry Preferred

Experience in automotive/manufacturing industry preferred.

- Process auditing techniques

- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D)

- CAPA management

- Statistical tools and quality methodologies

- Report writing and documentation

- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Analytical thinking
