As part of our growing PMO-as-a-Service offering, you will work with global teams on various project types (IT Transformation, Regulatory, Business, Insurance, Organizational and Operational Excellence, Finance, etc.).
You will support project delivery while developing capabilities in analysis, stakeholder management, and advisory.

Requirements
- Degree in Technology, IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant educational background with exposure to project management
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a project management or consulting environment
- Experience in project management or consulting, including project steering and governance (Agile and classical methodologies)
- Open to working on various project types (IT Transformation, Regulatory, Business, Insurance, Organizational & Operational Excellence, Finance) to build knowledge base and soft skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Experience in reporting (tools, processes, and templates)
- Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements, and meet deadlines
- High motivation to manage and complete tasks in a complex environment
- Enjoys working in global teams
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Team player mentality

Desired skills / experience :
- Exposure to project management tools (MS Projects, Jira etc.)
- Proficiency in another language (German, French, etc) will be a plus
- Professional experience in insurance industry is a plus
Possession or target to obtain one of the following certification(s) is a plus: CAPM, PMP, Agile methodology relevant certifications
