About this role

We are now looking for a Finance Specialist with focus on Accounts Receivable, for a permanent full-time position at Warsaw office.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable activities.

You will handle bank statement postings, allocation of incoming payments, customer refunds and reconciliations. You have an important role in securing the companies' cashflow by monitoring and reporting of the open aging receivables, working in close cooperation with the business stakeholders.

You support a smooth month end process by executing the closing activities and reconciliations in a timely manner, including periodical internal controls.

You may also participate as a subject matter expert in ongoing projects within your area of responsibility.

You will be part of the Sanoma Accounting Services organization and collaborate closely with colleagues within Sanoma organization as well as with the local accounting team.

Formal Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance or similar
- 3+ years of previous experience from a role in accounting or accounts receivable
- Professionally proficient in English and Polish

- Experience with SAP systems and strong excel skills would be a clear advantage
