About this role

[What the role is]
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to support STB's tourism innovation efforts through content creation and communications.

Tcube, or the Tourism Technology Transformation Cube, brings STB's digital initiatives, resources and thought-leadership content onto a single platform to support our sector's digital transformation.

In this role, you will work closely with the Business Technology Partnerships team to develop and manage content that showcases Tcube's work and inspires the tourism industry to embrace digital transformation. This includes producing a range of content formats such as case studies, videos, newsletters, and social media content, maintaining Tcube's digital presence through website and tech directory updates, and supporting the team in executing Tcube events and other industry touchpoints.

Success in this role means producing high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates Tcube's initiatives and impact to industry stakeholders, whilst ensuring Tcube's branding and digital platforms remain current, consistent, and compelling. This position requires someone who is creative, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams whilst delivering quality outcomes that elevate Tcube's presence in the tourism industry.

[What you will be working on]

- Content Creation : As the content creator for the team, you will develop a range of materials that highlight Tcube's initiatives and the impact of technology adoption in the tourism sector. This includes writing case studies that document successful technology pilots, producing the Tcube newsletter to keep industry stakeholders informed on the latest developments, creating LinkedIn content to engage the Tcube community, and supporting the production of tech videos that showcase real-world applications of technology in tourism.
- Tcube Branding: You will support the maintenance and strengthening of Tcube's brand identity and its Learn-Test-Scale approach, ensuring consistency across all communications and materials. This includes working closely with other divisions that manage tech products and systems for the industry, to ensure these resources are clearly communicated under the Tcube brand and that Tcube's presence is consistently reflected across all relevant platforms and touchpoints.
- Tcube Website and Tech Directory Updates You will be responsible for keeping Tcube's digital platforms current and accurate, including regular updates to the Tcube website and tech directory. This involves working closely with internal teams to ensure the latest information is reflected on the platforms, and identifying opportunities to improve the user experience and visibility of Tcube's resources.
- Tcube Events and Industry Touchpoints You will support the team in planning and executing Tcube events and other industry touchpoints, such as panel sessions, workshops, and showcases. This includes coordinating logistics, preparing event materials and collaterals, and ensuring that all touchpoints are well-organised and reflect Tcube's brand and communications standards. You will also help to capture and document key outcomes and learnings from these events to inform future content and engagement strategies.

[What we are looking for]

- Experience in social media management, with a good understanding of content formats and engagement strategies across LinkedIn platforms
- Familiarity with website content management and basic digital tools for content production
- An eye for design and visual communication, with experience in developing branded materials and assets
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams and deliver to deadlines
- Experience in supporting events coordination and logistics would be an advantage
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Strong command of written and spoken English
