Job overview

As an Senior Analyst within NIIT’s Consulting & Advisory Services (CAS) team , you will support learning and talent transformation engagements for global clients. You will combine strong analytical skills, structured problem solving and an understanding of learning and technology to help project teams turn data and information into meaningful insights and practical client solutions.

At this level, you will be expected to work with increasing independence, take ownership of defined project activities and deliver consistently high-quality outputs while collaborating with consultants and senior team members.

Roles and responsibilities

- Research & Analysis: Collect, structure, analyse and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources to identify themes, insights and opportunities.

- Consulting Delivery: Support project workstreams by applying established consulting frameworks, methodologies and tools to develop client-ready outputs.

- Problem Solving: Break down problems logically, identify gaps and use evidence to support potential solutions and recommendations.

- Deliverable Development: Build high-quality presentations, reports, analyses, trackers, benchmarks and other consulting deliverables with strong attention to detail.

- Learning & Technology: Apply foundational knowledge of learning technologies, digital learning and L&D practices when developing solutions for clients.

- Project Execution: Manage assigned activities against agreed timelines, proactively flag risks or dependencies and work effectively across multiple priorities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across geographies, functions and backgrounds, actively contributing to team discussions and client engagements.

- Knowledge & Assets: Identify, develop and reuse relevant tools, research, frameworks and assets that improve the efficiency and quality of project delivery.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree required

- Master's degree (preferred)
