UI/UX designer | Networking Solutions

We are looking for an ambitious  UI/UX designer  to join our growing R&D team in Kaunas and help us grow our global presence in IoT sector by quickly and effectively responding to changing market needs and offers reliable, safe and easy-to-use solutions for such areas as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

- Design information systems that meet business needs.
- Analyze existing information systems and propose UX improvements to make them easier and more convenient to use.
- Create sketches and mockups to present design solutions.
- Work with the web development team to implement design changes.

What we expect of you:

- At least 2 years of experience with UI/UX design.
- Experience working with admin panels and configuration systems.
- A UI/UX design portfolio showing your experience.
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe or other design and prototyping tools.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- A responsible, creative and communicative attitude.
- Good written and verbal English skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 19 Eur/h up to 28 Eur/h (~3170 Eur—4670 Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
