The Opportunity
As a Program Risk & Quality Manager you will lead risk and quality activities across business application consulting workstreams, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through careful analysis, software implementation support, training, and ongoing guidance. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, coach team members, and manage performance while taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion across multiple priorities within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will oversee deliverables, identify opportunities to improve processes, and validate that work aligns with professional and technical standards while supporting client needs and business application delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leading program risk and quality workstreams across business application consulting engagements
- Guiding planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of client projects with attention to scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coaching team members on risk controls, quality review methods, and application consulting deliverables
- Validating alignment between solution design, implementation activities, and client operational needs
- Reviewing project documentation, issue logs, and status reporting to identify gaps, dependencies, and emerging risks
- Leveraging business application knowledge to support transformation, integration, and implementation activities
- Developing client relationships and communicating program risks, quality concerns, and corrective actions to stakeholders
- Applying technology consulting methods to improve project delivery, documentation, and control monitoring
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Managing program risk, quality, and control workstreams
- Leading business application consulting projects across client teams
- Coaching teams on performance, timelines, and deliverables
- Applying technology integration knowledge to business transformation efforts

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
