UX/UI Designer

Description

CodeValue is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Applications team.

The role focuses on designing and defining user experiences for organizational systems and supporting local development projects. The position combines UX/UI design with a technical understanding of development environments, QA processes, databases, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define user experiences and user interfaces for organizational applications and systems.
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and effective UX/UI solutions.
- Work closely with development, QA, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Create and maintain design specifications and technical documentation.
- Support QA and usability testing processes.
- Work with enterprise platforms and development environments.

Requirements

- 2 years of experience in providing UX/UI design services.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design and user experience definition .
- Hands-on experience with Figma .
- Knowledge of HTML .
- Knowledge of SQL and MongoDB databases.
- Familiarity with QA and software testing processes .
- Familiarity with SharePoint .
- Understanding of software development environments and processes .
- Experience writing technical documentation .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Location & Work Model

- Yavne, Israel
- On-site position – no hybrid work option is available.

Security Clearance

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to undergo a security clearance process , which may take approximately 2–3 months .
