Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Tennis, Padel & Squash Instructor to deliver exceptional coaching experiences for our guests. The successful candidate will provide private and group lessons, organize sports activities and tournaments, promote guest participation, and ensure the highest standards of service, safety, and facility presentation.
What you will do:
- Conduct tennis, padel, and squash coaching sessions for adults and children.
- Organize tournaments, clinics, and recreational sports activities.
- Deliver personalized guest experiences and build strong guest relationships.
- Maintain courts and equipment to the highest standards.
- Support sports program development and resort events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
What you bring:
- Certified Tennis Coach (ITF, PTR, USPTA, or equivalent).
- Padel and/or Squash coaching certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in a luxury resort, sports club, or academy.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
