On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for a Data Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based Hybrid in either London or Croydon office 3 days per week .

As a Data Analyst , your main responsibilities will be:
- Produce high-quality briefings, reports, and performance updates to support senior leaders in making informed decisions .
- Coordinate the collection, validation, and analysis of compliance and assurance data from a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting products that provide clear insights into departmental compliance and performance.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance and compliance data through robust quality assurance processes.
- Translate complex data and analysis into clear, concise written products and presentations for senior governance forums and leadership meetings.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis , supporting departmental assurance activities and continuous performance improvement initiatives .
PLEASE NOTE: SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
Essential:
- Strong working experience within Excel
- Strong understanding of PowerBI / DAX
- Analytical minded
- SC Clearance
