The project:

This opportunity forms part of one of the most significant rail infrastructure programmes currently being delivered in Vietnam, transforming connectivity, supporting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing mobility across the region. Spanning multiple phases of planning, design and construction, the programme presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark transportation project that will leave a lasting legacy for communities and businesses alike.

Working alongside government stakeholders, international partners and an exceptional Mace team, you will help deliver complex, large-scale infrastructure within a highly regulated and fast-evolving environment. This role will suit professionals who have experience on major rail, transportation or infrastructure programmes and who consistently demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, professionalism and technical excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leads complex commissions, partnering across organisations to achieve successful outcomes and client objectives.
- Drives proposal development, commission delivery and mobilisation of resources to meet key milestones.
- Builds trusted relationships and influences senior stakeholders to deliver lasting value.
- Identifies improvement opportunities, developing practical solutions that address client challenges.
- Contributes to business growth through work winning, aligning expertise and resources to client needs.
- Provides specialist advisory expertise, delivering innovative strategies and supporting net zero carbon outcomes.

You’ll also have:

- Degree qualified or equivalent experience; chartered status preferred.
- Expertise in business advisory, project delivery and specialist disciplines such as financial modelling or transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, interviewing and presentation skills across complex environments.
- Proven ability to navigate uncertainty, meet demanding deadlines and apply innovative thinking to deliver value.
