You’ll be responsible for:
- Supports commercial management and administration of subcontract packages to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assists procurement activities for subcontract packages, materials, and supplier engagement.
- Maintains commercial controls, including client and subcontract change management processes.
- Contributes to risk, opportunity, and performance reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Assists in mitigating commercial risks and safeguarding project value and margin performance.
- Collaborates across multidisciplinary teams, supporting net zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon reduction and sustainable delivery practices.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in commercial reporting, profit and loss analysis, and MS Office tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Working towards RICS accreditation; CSCS card preferred.
