What You'll Do

As a Regional Procurement Intern , you will s upport the Asia Pacific (APAC) Indirect Procurement team's regional sourcing, supplier governance, sustainability implementation, spend/saving reporting, and day-to-day coordination across markets.

You will:

- Sourcing and RFP support: Assist with supplier research, RFP preparation, proposal and quotation comparison, evaluation records, trackers, presentations, and follow-ups.

- Sourcing governance: Support new-vendor validation by checking business justification and required documents; maintain approval records and follow up on incomplete submissions.

- Policy support: Respond to routine procurement policy and process questions using approved guidance; prepare FAQs, templates, communications, and compliance trackers; escalate exceptions to Procurement.

- POSM Eco-Guideline: Support APAC implementation of the 5R approach: Respect, Reduce, Recycle, Reuse, and Replace; coordinate market and supplier data, track KPI progress, maintain evidence, and support workshops and reports.

- Supplier onboarding and compliance: Track NDA, Supplier Code of Conduct, sustainability assessment, supplier master data, contract status, and other required records.

- Analytics and administration: Support spend analysis, category and supplier classification, savings and project reporting, document filing, meeting actions, and management updates.

Who We're Looking For

You are:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or a related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Good written and spoken English; an additional APAC language is an advantage.

- Analytical, organised , and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.

- Clear and professional communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Curious, collaborative, discreet, and willing to learn in a regional environment.

- Keen to learn about Procurement in corporate world
