SAP PPQM Consultant

With a deep understanding of business processes and project implementation methodologies, you will contribute to the success of our clients' SAP journeys.

7 to 12 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation, support and rollout projects Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies ITIL processes Design Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc.

- Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM, with expertise in S4 HANA/ECC
- In-depth knowledge of PP and QM modules, including Master Data, Work Centers, Routings, MRP, Batch Management, Quality Management, and more
- Experience in implementation and support projects, with a focus on manufacturing industry domain
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic requirements
- SAP Certification and domain experience are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams
- Hands-on experience in testing, including Unit, Integration, and Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of interfaces with MES, LIMS, QMS Systems, and Weighing Scales
- Experience in configuration and set-up of PPQM module, and resolving issues with existing business processes
- A highly motivated and goal-oriented individual, with a track record of client satisfaction

Experienced in configuration and set-up of the PPQM module through IMG and supporting day to day PPQM module issues, providing enhancements and translating them into system configuration requirements.
- Configured material classification, characteristics and classes; this enabled grouping together of certain materials according to a predefined criterion.

- Master Data - Bill of materials-BOM
- Work centers/ Resources,
- Routings/ Recipe, Production versions,
- Material Requirement Planning -MRP
- Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition
- Batch Management
- Classification
- o Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing
- Planning: Forecasting, Sales Operation Planning, LTP, PPDS
- Designed and provided completed upload data templates for Master Data migration from Legacy system to the Core SAP system.
- Scheduling and Monitoring of Back Ground / Batch Jobs
