What You'll Do
The Middle East Vendors Team manages the onboarding of new vendors/experts and provides support with vendors BCG Middle East already engage with. We have strong relationships and work closely with executive leadership, including Managing Directors & Partners. In addition to providing exemplary support to our internal customers in the Middle East, we also collaborate with colleagues from other business regions and the firm's corporate office. As a result, members of the team receive significant exposure to the overall business and develop networks and working relationships across the organization.
Key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Screen new vendors and assess individual and company profiles
- Set up external contractor in respective vendor management system
- Onboard new vendors to BCG’s internal systems for payment purposes
- Support with internal documentation, reporting and other ad hoc project work

What You'll Bring
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027
- Undergraduate Degree required in any relevant subject
- Legal, compliance or operations background (preferred)
- Fluency in English, Arabic an advantage
- Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Who You'll Work With
You will be working directly with the Vendors team of 4 individuals and with the wider Finance team of over 35 individuals. You will be regularly interacting with internal stakeholders in BCG.
