PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

The Credit Life Business & Performance Management is responsible for managing Credit Life business data, performance reporting, and operational processes to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable business information that supports effective decision-making, operational governance, and business growth.

The role serves as the primary point of contact for data and process matters within the Credit Life business, working closely with partners and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain data integrity, reporting reliability, and process effectiveness. The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of business data, including data processing, validation, reconciliation, reporting, analysis, and process execution. The role also supports business initiatives that contribute to portfolio performance and the achievement of Credit Life business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage Credit Life business data through data processing, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of business information.
- Manage and continuously enhance business processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and governance across the Credit Life portfolio.
- Generate business insights through performance monitoring and analysis, translating findings into actionable recommendations that support portfolio performance, business objectives, and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Credit Life data and process matters, coordinating with partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution, issue resolution, and process alignment.
- Support the implementation of business initiatives, process enhancements, and new operating models by providing data, process, and performance management expertise.

Key Qualifications

- Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Knowledge of business inteligence and data visualization platforms is an advantage (e.g.: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools).

- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business management, business operations, performance management, reporting, MIS, business analysis, data management, insurance, banking, or financial services.Proven experience in managing, validating, reconciling, and analyzing large datasets with a high degree of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.Experience in developing, maintaining, and quality-checking reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring frameworks, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Experience in analyzing and interpreting business data, identifying trends and discrepancies, generating actionable insights, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.Experience in managing business processes, driving process improvements, supporting business initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in Credit Life, Bancassurance is a plus.
