About this role
About the assignment
Supplier Operations has recently developed a standardized runbook for assessing supplier quotations. The next step is to take this established approach to the next level by using Artificial Intelligence to increase productivity, improve consistency, and reduce manual analysis.
During this six-month internship, you will work full-time with business stakeholders to design, build, test, and pilot an AI-supported quotation assessment solution. The assignment is focused on practical delivery rather than redesigning the existing process. Because close collaboration and frequent user feedback are essential, you are expected to work from the office five days per week.

· Validate results with business users and incorporate their feedback.
· Evaluate accuracy, consistency, usability, time savings, and the quality of the generated assessment output.

· Prepare clear user guidance and demonstration material.
· Provide recommendations for further development, deployment, governance, and scaling.
