About the team

Join our People department to help shape how we attract, reward, and retain talent across Deloitte Denmark. As Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to deliver competitive, transparent, and data-driven reward solutions that support both business priorities and employee experience. You will become part of our Core Operations & Compliance team where your work will play a key role in strengthening our reward framework and ensuring compliance with evolving market and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Do you want to combine reward expertise, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder influence? As our Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will help set the direction for compensation and benefits across Deloitte Denmark—from the annual salary review and market benchmarking to pay equity, pay transparency, and benefits governance.

In this role, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to manage compensation processes, develop insights, and continuously improve our rewards framework. You will have the opportunity to influence decisions while supporting compliance with evolving pay transparency and pay equity requirements.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

- Contributing to Deloitte's annual salary review process and supporting data-driven compensation decisions across the firm. 
- Driving implementation and ongoing development of pay equity and pay transparency practices in line with regulatory requirements. 
- Maintaining salary bands, job architecture, and reward frameworks to support consistency and fairness across the organization. 
- Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support competitive positioning and talent attraction. 
- Managing employee benefits, supplier relationships, and reward governance while developing analyses for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

You enjoy working in an analytical and stakeholder-focused role and are motivated by turning complex data into actionable insights. You combine business understanding with an interest in creating fair and effective reward practices.

What you bring to the team:

- 3-5 years of experience working with compensation, benefits, rewards, or people analytics.  
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, reporting, and benchmarking. 
- Understanding of pay transparency, pay equity, or broader reward regulations.  
- Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. 
- A structured and proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
