Job Description

The Network Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new automotive workshops into our network. This role requires a proactive business development approach aimed at increasing the number of sales and service locations (Points of Sale, POS). The Network Development Specialist leverages market data and presents the network’s benefits and value proposition to prospective partners.

Planning

- Identify and analyze potential partners based on suitability and target market relevance.
- Assess creditworthiness and financial risk of prospective workshops and communicate findings to parts distributors.
- Develop and maintain a target list of workshops and locations.
- Analyze personal sales performance and continuously optimize sales strategies and activities.

Outreach & Acquisition

- Initiate contact with prospective partners via phone, email, in-person visits, and other suitable channels.
- Present the benefits and added value of the network to potential partners.
- Follow up on leads and manage the acquisition process through to contract signing.

Onboarding

- Manage contracts and legal documentation.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to the onboarding process.
- Work closely with the Business Success Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
- Ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines.

Closure & Handover

- Conduct satisfaction and feedback surveys to gather partner insights and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential partners and assess sales performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage administrative responsibilities as well as contract-related and legal documentation.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong digital mindset and willingness to quickly adopt new technologies and tools.
- Ability to influence others, build relationships, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent Spanish language skills (English proficiency is a plus)
- High willingness to travel, including multi-day business trips with overnight hotel stays within the assigned country. The territory is jointly managed by two Network Development Managers.
