Cluster Medical Lead

We’re looking for an experienced pharma professional who can connect medical strategy with execution , drive governance and scientific excellence, and bring together Medical Affairs priorities across multiple markets.
## Responsibilities

- Ensures medical governance & compliance across North-Eastern European cluster markets

- Translates BU medical strategy and narrative into cluster-level execution priorities

- Coordinates cluster evidence generation and study rollout in alignment with BU strategy

- Oversees scientific communication quality and congress execution workflows

- Allocates & optimizes MA capacity across cluster countries

- Consolidates and escalates medical risks, compliance issues, and quality gaps

- Facilitates cross-country knowledge sharing & best practices

- Drives cluster MA performance tracking and capability development

- Sets cluster MA targets and holds Country Medical roles accountable

- Drives performance evaluation and capability development across cluster markets

- Prioritizes cluster-level MA activities and resource allocation

- Approves cluster execution plans in line with HQ guardrails

- Escalates high-risk medical or compliance issues to HQ

- Coordinates medical activities in small or shared-capacity markets

Requirements

- 8–12+ years in Medical Affairs within pharma, with multi-country exposure

- Proven experience in medical governance, compliance, and scientific engagement

- Strong capability in cross-country coordination and stakeholder management

- Ability to translate global/BU strategy into pragmatic local execution

- Demonstrated leadership in a matrix environment

- Additional regional language knowledge can be a plus
