Reporting to the Manager, Consumer Insights, the Senior Researcher, Consumer Insights will be responsible for leading Asia insights projects from start to finish to help guide brand and marketing strategy, all in service of increasing our competitiveness.

We are looking for a talented Senior Researcher, Consumer Insights who is passionate about working with data to uncover the insights needed to drive strategic decision-making.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- As a key member of the Consumer Insights team, you will represent the Insights function for the Asia region and become a strategic partner to the local marketing teams.
- Translate Asia business and marketing challenges into insights projects to address key business issues.
- Core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Shopper Insights
- Creative Evaluation
- Foundational / Category Insights
- AI Application
- Product Concept / Innovation Insights
- Cultural Insights
- Lead campaign measurement across Asia markets

What Makes You A Strong Fit

- Ability to turn insights into a POV-driven narrative to guide marketing decision-making.
- Experience managing primary/custom research projects (quantitative and qualitative) from the research design phase through final stakeholder deliverables.
- Qualitative and quantitative experience evaluating creative assets from the early stages through finished copy, with the ability to translate insights into creative direction.
- Ability to translate product concept and shopper insight results into marketing implications that inform strategy and marketing tactics.
- Ability to design and execute foundational category research and identify key business implications.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong creative thinking and the ability to use data, inputs, and intuition to inform decisions.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and across different regions, ideally in a global role.
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in a global insights function.
- We see AI as an important part of how work gets done. While tools may vary, a baseline familiarity with using AI to support efficiency, problem-solving, and quality is expected.

- Someone who is results-driven and has a proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision-making.
- Experience integrating AI for insights generation or data manipulation.
- Capable of handling multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing them to completion.
- Self-starter with superior organizational skills who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and will do what it takes to get the job done.
- Curious mindset, with enthusiasm for working with data, strong attention to detail, and a sense of accountability.
- Multicultural awareness and the ability to adjust communication accordingly.
- Experience working with large brands and/or major retail clients.
- Experience at a media agency and/or market research agency (e.g., Ipsos, Kantar, Nielsen, etc.).

- Due to the nature of our global operations, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required..
- This role is hybrid, with a flexible requirement to work three days per week from the Bangalore, India, office.
