About this role
To support our Size & Fit team we are searching for a Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list
- Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner
- Conducting proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities
- Align with the other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation
- Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics
- Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards
- Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmitted to our customers
WHO YOU ARE
- 1-3 years of experience working within the Size & Fit field
- Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar
- Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing
- Knowledge of product category: Ready to wear and accessories
- Organized, reliable and team player
- Resilient with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment
- English written and verbal skills
- Computer literate
