About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of regulatory frameworks across data protection and AI.
You’ll ensure our use of customer data and emerging AI technologies complies with applicable laws, internal policies, and ethical standards, while helping the business navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

What you'll be doing
Advising the business on regulatory requirements and appropriate compliance controls regarding financial services Interpreting complex regulations and translating requirements into practical actions for the business Liaising with regulatory bodies on inspections, requests, and day-to-day queries Developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks, particularly in relation to delivering compliant customer outcomes Managing the compliance training programme and delivering regulatory updates across the business Reviewing marketing communications and analysing customer complaints to identify compliance risks Conducting scheduled monitoring, documenting findings, and driving remediation actions Maintaining and optimising the Compliance Monitoring Plan based on emerging risks and regulatory priorities Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local and global risk management frameworks Building scalable processes and documentation while championing a positive conduct and compliance culture
What you'll need
5+ years of experience in financial services compliance, or within an investment firm An in-depth understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to investment firms Expertise in compliance risk management, gained within a compliance function, consultancy, or regulatory environment Experience conducting regulatory gap analyses and developing and implementing related policies and controls Experience working in a Data Protection Officer (DPO) role or advising on data protection requirements Familiarity with AI tools and emerging regulatory requirements relating to artificial intelligence Knowledge of how financial institutions are supervised and how regulatory affairs functions operate The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under tight deadlines A proactive approach to continuously developing regulatory knowledge and professional expertise Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels

A professional certification or diploma in compliance A degree in business, finance, law, or a related field A willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications
