About this role

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Sprint Ownership: Lead 3-week GV-style design sprints

- Frame problems, map user journeys, sketch solutions, prototype, test with real users

- Team Leadership: Orchestrate a squad of 4–6 across design, front-end, back-end, and AI disciplines

- Set the bar for quality, pace, and craft — you ship alongside the team, not above it

- Customer Discovery: Work directly with capital markets/business stakeholders to identify high-value problems worth solving

- AI Integration: Evaluate, integrate and implement the latest in agentic AI, RAG pipelines, context protocols, and open-source frameworks into sprint solutions & be an active contributor to the development of AI Platform, Broadridge’s internal AI enablement platform.

- Technical Decision-Making: Make sharp calls on architecture, UI/UX, and AI approach under tight timelines

- Stakeholder Communication: Present sprint outcomes to leadership and business stakeholders; build the case for scaling winning POCs

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

- Customer-centric mindset – Ability to interview users, identify unspoken pain points. You start with the user’s problem, not the technology.

- 10+ years of experience building software products (younger candidates considered if demonstrably AI-first)

- Proven track record of shipping products in short sprint cycles - you’ve run or thrived in design sprints, hackathons, or rapid prototyping environments

- Strong full-stack engineering foundation: modern front-end (React/Next.js/Vue), back-end (Node/Python/Go), and cloud infrastructure

- Deep, current fluency in AI/GenAI: prompt engineering, context management , agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), RAG architectures, MCP integrations

- Active, daily user of AI-assisted development tools - GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent. You don’t just know about AI - you build with it

- Strong customer centric design sensibility - you can guide a product designer, evaluate UI/UX decisions, and hold the bar on craft

- Ability to bridge the gap between a front-end designer, a back-end architect, and an AI engineer - translating across disciplines fluently

We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work. We believe that associates do their best when they feel safe, understood, and valued, and we work diligently and collaboratively to ensure Broadridge is a company—and ultimately a community—that recognizes and celebrates everyone’s unique perspective.
