The Role - As a part of the product operations team at TripStack, your primary responsibility will be to support the operations of the content acquisition team as a Product Operations Analyst. You will work with stakeholders, clients and scrum teams to make sure the end product meets business requirements and aligns with overall business goals. You will be working closely with the other Product Analysts and Product Owners and will be reporting into the Product Operations team lead.
Responsibilities :
- Support Product Owners with the maintenance and optimization of the Airline connections in production.
- Troubleshooting and deep diving into any day to day incidents across our entire portfolio of Airline connections.
- Closely monitor KPIs and overall Airline portfolio performance. Identify patterns and trends using data and subject matter expertise to indicate how well the product is performing.
- Create reports, dashboards, and optimize alerting for teams based on data driven needs.
- Write, update and organize product documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer support tickets, providing data to support bugs or further development needs, and communicating with the stakeholders to ensure transparent feedback, or escalations as required.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst
- Experience in travel industry preferred
- MBA or degree in analytics preferred
- Experience in a data driven role preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Very strong organizational skills
- A researcher at heart, having a passion for problem solving and root cause analysis
- Output and delivery driven; experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with significant context switching
- Experienced with tools like: JIRA, Kibana, Grafana, BitBucket, Looker, Splunk, (Monitoring/Logging tools)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
- Team player
- Highly accountable and self driven
