About this role

At Google, we "Focus on the user and all else will follow." UX Programs & Operations drives projects by increasing communication, streamlining the UX design process, and fostering a culture of user-centered development. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights.

As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.

Cloud AI UX designs how enterprises build, govern, and trust AI agents. Define windows for enterprise AI, and the experiences we ship now will shape how businesses work for years. We win by putting real products in front of customers, not by writing about them, we prototype early, stay close to the customer's daily reality, and hold an uncompromising bar for craft and quality. Design and research operate as one team, and we sit as equal partners to product and engineering, owning the experience rather than waiting for direction.

In this role, you will run the programs that let our design team ship coherent, high-quality work on Agent Platform and beyond, the surfaces where enterprise customers build, configure, and govern AI agents. You bring strong portfolio management, a real feel for UX quality, and the collaboration instincts to keep design, product, and engineering moving in the same direction.
