Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Product 360 Developer/Consultant with 5+ years of overall experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), and enterprise data solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting Informatica Product 360 solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of product master data, data modeling, workflows, data quality, product hierarchies, supplier/product onboarding, integrations, and publishing product information across downstream systems and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM Product 360 / PIM solutions.
- Work closely with business teams, architects, data stewards, and application teams to understand Product Master Data requirements.
- Configure and maintain:
Product data models
- Product hierarchies and classifications
- Catalogs and assortments
- Attributes and characteristics
- Lookup/reference data
- Product relationships and associations
- Product variants
- Configure business processes and workflows for product creation, enrichment, review, approval, and publishing.
- Implement business rules and data validation to improve product data completeness, consistency, and overall data quality.
- Support the complete product lifecycle from product onboarding through enrichment and downstream distribution/syndication .
- Configure and support Product 360 user interfaces based on different business roles and product management requirements. - Develop and maintain integrations between Product 360 and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
- Work with REST APIs, web services, batch interfaces, and file-based integrations where required.
- Integrate Product 360 with applications such as:
ERP systems
- E-commerce platforms
- Supplier systems
- Data warehouses/data lakes
- Digital channels
- Other MDM applications
- Implement import/export processes for large-volume product data.
- Configure and troubleshoot scheduled jobs and background processes.
- Perform data analysis and identify root causes for data quality, synchronization, integration, and performance issues.
- Troubleshoot Product 360 Web UI, workflows/BPM, interfaces, publishing, and product data-related issues .
- Participate in Product 360 environment configuration, deployment, release, and upgrade activities.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.
- Provide support for DEV, QA/UAT, and Production environments .
- Monitor application performance and participate in performance optimization initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, configuration documents, deployment documents, and operational/support documentation.
- Follow MDM governance, security, audit, and enterprise development standards.
Required Technical Skills
Informatica Product 360 / PIM
- 5+ years of relevant experience in MDM/PIM/Data Management , with strong hands-on experience in Informatica Product 360 .
- Strong understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Product 360 configuration and customization.
- Good understanding of Product 360 architecture and underlying components.

- Characteristics and attributes
- Lookup/reference data
- Product relationships
- Data enrichment
- Import/export processes
- Experience implementing workflows/business processes for product-data management.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services .
- Experience integrating PIM/MDM with upstream and downstream systems.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases .
- Experience handling XML, JSON, CSV, and other structured data formats.
- Experience with high-volume data loads and bulk product-data processing.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration failures and data synchronization issues.
- Knowledge of Informatica integration/data quality technologies is an added advantage.
