## Position Details
Role: Inventory Executive Location: Noida Experience: 3–5 years Work Mode: Work from Office Department: Stores / Inventory

## Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day inventory operations, stock accuracy, material movement, reconciliation, and inventory records. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting material availability for production, monitoring inward and outward movement, and ensuring proper inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, consumables, finished goods, and other inventory items.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory availability as per production requirements.
- Maintain proper inward, outward, issue, return, and transfer records.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are updated accurately in ERP / inventory systems.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
- Support implementation of FIFO / FEFO wherever applicable.

Material Inward & Outward

- Verify incoming material against Purchase Orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other documents.
- Coordinate with Quality for material inspection and clearance.
- Ensure proper GRN creation and inventory updating.
- Manage material issuance to Production and other departments against approved requests.
- Track material returns, rejected materials, and supplier returns.
- Maintain proper documentation for all material movement.

Stock Reconciliation

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Perform cycle counts and physical stock verification.
- Investigate inventory mismatches and identify root causes.
- Ensure system stock and physical stock remain aligned.
- Maintain records of stock adjustments with proper approvals.
- Support periodic and annual inventory audits.

Inventory Control

- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
- Highlight inventory risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support reduction of inventory variance and material losses.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
- Maintain bin locations and inventory coding accurately.
- Ensure inventory is stored as per safety and quality requirements.

Production & Supply Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Stores teams.
- Ensure timely material availability for production.
- Track critical components and shortages.
- Support production planning by providing inventory status updates.
- Coordinate with Purchase teams for replenishment requirements.

Documentation & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain stock statements and inventory trackers.
- Prepare reports for: Stock levels
- Material movement
- Inventory variance
- Slow-moving stock
- Non-moving stock
- Rejected material
- Shortage status

- Ensure complete and accurate inventory documentation.
- Support management reviews with inventory-related data.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of inventory and stores operations.
- Good knowledge of material inward, outward, GRN, issuance, returns, and stock transfer processes.
- Experience in physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of FIFO / FEFO and inventory control practices.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Comfortable with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic Excel formulas.
- Experience working on ERP or inventory-management systems.
- Good understanding of BOM-based material consumption will be preferred.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Inventory, Stores, Warehouse, or Material Management.
- Experience in Automotive, EV, Electronics, OEM, Tier-1, manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in ERP-based inventory management is required.
- Experience handling electronic and electrical components will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Good experience with ERP systems and Excel-based reporting.
- Familiarity with production material planning and BOM-based inventory.
- Candidates from Automotive, EV, Electronics, or manufacturing backgrounds will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working from the Noida office .
