Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Work Arrangement: Onsite

About the Role

- 80 % Logistics & Supply Chain

- 20% Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Manage purchase order creation and processing.

- Coordinate import shipments, customs clearance activities, and logistics service providers.

- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

- Maintain inventory records.

- Warehouse management

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and documentation.

- Process customer sales orders and ensure timely fulfilment.

- Prepare proforma invoices and maintain related documentation.

- Support material planning and inventory management activities.

- Track deliveries and proactively provide shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

- Handle customer inquiries, logistics issues, and order-related concerns.

- Collect and maintain regulatory and product documentation, including COA, MSDS, and other compliance-related documents.

- Prepare and analyse reports related to inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, logistics costs, and material planning.

- Work closely with regional supply chain teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Administration Support

- Coordinate day-to-day office administration activities and vendor management.

- Support office facilities management, office supplies procurement, and service provider coordination.

- Maintain local office records and documentation.

- Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and administrative requirements for employees and visitors.

- Support onboarding activities and employee documentation in coordination with HR.

- Coordinate with regional IT teams for user setup

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related discipline.

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.

- Experience in logistics related documentation and coordination.

- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
