Our centres are at the heart of how The King's Trust supports young people, and we're looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our South London Centre. As one of our largest and busiest locations, the South London Centre plays a vital role in delivering our programmes and services. Alongside leading the centre, you'll provide operational support to our Islington Space and Southampton sites through regular visits and collaboration with local colleagues.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll lead a team of Centre Coordinators, manage facilities, health and safety, budgets, contractors and compliance, and ensure our centres remain safe, welcoming and effective environments for colleagues, volunteers and young people. While much of your work will take place behind the scenes, the impact is significant. By ensuring our centres run smoothly, you'll help create the conditions for more young people to access the support, opportunities and experiences they need to build brighter futures.
We're looking for someone with previous line management experience, delivering exceptional customer service, alongside a background in facilities, operations, estates, property management, hospitality, venue management or a similarly fast-paced environment. You'll be confident leading people, managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
At The King's Trust, we want our team to reflect the diversity of the young people and communities we serve. We actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. If you're excited by the opportunity to make a real difference and have the skills and experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
