Your tasks
Support recruiting end to end: posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, keeping our pipeline clean in Personio and making sure every candidate has a good experience with us Help with sourcing for open roles , from LinkedIn outreach to university channels Take ownership of our Munich office: suppliers, equipment, onboarding setup for new joiners, and keeping the space running smoothly Support day-to-day People operations such as onboarding and offboarding, employee documentation and HR data in Personio Help organize team events and contribute to employer branding projects Bring your own ideas on how we can do things better
Your profile
You're currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally in HR, business, psychology, economics or a related field, with a strong academic record Fluent English , written and spoken. German is a strong plus First experience in recruiting, HR or office management through an internship or working student role You're organized , reliable and comfortable juggling several things at once You handle confidential information with care You're curious about climate tech and want to learn how a startup scales its team
