In dieser Rolle arbeitest Du aktiv an einem strategisch wichtigen Projekt mit und erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Organisation und Weiterentwicklung moderner Ausbildungsprogramme.

Werkstudent im Bereich Ausbildungskoordination (m/w/d)

Standort: HQ Berlin

Start: ab sofort (20 Wochenstunden)

Deine Aufgaben

- Unterstützung der Ausbildungskoordinatorinnen bei der Planung und Umsetzung eines Projekts zur Erweiterung der Ausbildung
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projektunterlagen Präsentationen und Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Informationsmaterialien für Auszubildende, Ausbilder/innen und ausbildende Fachkräfte
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung bestehender Ausbildungsprozesse
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten

Das bringst Du mit

- Du bist an einer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben
- Du hast Interesse an den Themen Ausbildung, Personalentwicklung und Projektmanagement
- Du bist zuverlässig, eigenständig und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office insbesondere PowerPoint Excel und Teams mit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
