As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the architect of our hiring strategy.
You will shape how we attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent, ensuring every candidate’s journey is thoughtful, inspiring, and aligned with our values. Your work will directly influence our growth trajectory, helping us scale with purpose and precision.
In this role you will lead a team of 7 Talent Acquisition professionals who own all recruitment matters across our business areas.
You will work closely with our HR Business Partners to understand the talent needs of the business and translate them into effective talent acquisition action plans. You will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
Your responsibilities
- Leading a diverse team of Talent Acquisition Partners by setting a clear direction and promoting a culture of teamwork, learning and belonging.
- Understanding the talent needs of the business and translating them into TA initiatives, ensuring their successful execution, as well as striving to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience in every recruitment.
- Implementing data-driven recruitment processes using tools like Phenom, Talent Insights and analytics dashboards.
- Building diverse talent pipelines through targeted outreach, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Building strong partnerships with the wider People organization and other relevant stakeholders across Demant, as well as external partners, while safeguarding our global TA standards and ensuring scalability.
- Partnering with peers from the TA leadership community to evolve Talent Acquisition to the next level as one team.
- Ensuring wellbeing and development are prioritized and that performance is evaluated and recognized.
You bring
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition from a global company of comparable size and complexity.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry would be an advantage.
- Proven experience leading a diverse team and the ability to inspire and empower people.
- The ability to thrive in a changing environment and break down complexity.
- The ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- An academic degree and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
