Role - Contracts, Cost & Estimation
Experience - 12-18 years
- Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates at project inception and design stages
- Draft, negotiate and finalise contractor / vendor agreements
- Manage running account (RA) bills, deductions, retentions and final settlements
- Benchmark construction costs against market and flag variances
- Maintain contract MIS and flag disputes / claims early
- Coordinate with PMC and site teams on billing milestones
- Cost variance: actual vs estimated BOQ (target <5%)
- Bill processing TAT (target ≤7 working days per RA bill)
- Contract award lead time vs project schedule
- Zero disputed bills pending >30 days
- Savings achieved through competitive tendering
Skill Sets -
- B.E. Civil Engineering; MRICS / QS qualification preferred
- Hands-on experience administering contracts worth ₹100–300 Cr+
- Prior experience with mid-size developer or reputed PMC firm
- South India construction market knowledge preferred
