We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational needs of our Sales organization. This role serves as a key partner to Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Revenue Operations by maintaining CRM data quality, supporting quote generation and approvals, administering sales tools, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day sales operations questions and support requests.
- Provide timely guidance to sales teams on processes, policies, systems, and deal workflows.
- Support ongoing enablement by documenting procedures, FAQs, and best practices.

CRM Administration & Data Hygiene:

- Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, ensuring accurate account, contact, opportunity, and territory information.
- Perform regular audits and cleanup activities to improve CRM quality and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to identify and implement process improvements.

Quote & Deal Support:

- Build and validate customer quotes in accordance with pricing and commercial guidelines.
- Support sales team members throughout the quote creation and approval process.
- Review deals for completeness and compliance prior to routing for approvals.

Systems Administration & User Support:

- Provide day-to-day support for sales technology platforms, including: Salesforce (primary platform), Hubspot, and Gong
- Assist with user provisioning, troubleshooting, permissions, and basic system configuration.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve user experience.
- Participate in special projects related to sales process optimization and system enhancements.

Requirements

- 1-2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Salesforce Administration
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with Excel
