Main responsibilities:

• Balancing production efficiency with strict quality and safety standards, managing manpower issues like absenteeism and skill development, and resolving technical equipment problems quickly. The supervisor must drive continuous improvement without disrupting operations, communicate effectively across all levels, and make timely decisions under pressure. Additionally, they need to implement company programs like 5S and sustainability while meeting production targets, requiring strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Managing daily shift operations, ensuring compliance with standard procedures, allocating manpower effectively, and coordinating maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Tracking key performance indicators, ensuring products meet quality standards, and addressing any production issues or process deviations promptly to maintain efficiency and output.
• Focuses on supervising operators, conducting performance reviews, leading daily meetings, and organizing training to develop skills, maintain discipline, and build a motivated workforce.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, CI/PE, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth production flow and resource optimization

Main requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Electronics).
• With at least 3 years experience in manufacturing company set-up
• Proficient in production planning, KPI analysis
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
• Must have knowledge of the LIFE tools (Lean tools), equipment and process control, and• Graduate of Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Electronics).
• With at least 3 years experience in manufacturing company set-up
• Proficient in production planning, KPI analysis
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
• Must have knowledge of the LIFE tools (Lean tools), equipment and process control, and ISO standards
• Good English Communication skills both oral and written
