As a Retail Team Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Marks & Spencer store. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead and motivate your team, and help deliver the high standards and excellent customer experience our customers expect.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop your leadership and operational skills, take real ownership of store performance and have clear opportunities to progress your career with Welcome Break.

Due to responsibilities within the Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over.
This role could be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in a supervisor or management role in customer service, retail or hospitality
- Be passionate about delivering great customer service.

- Be a true multi-tasker able to juggle a range of tasks.
