What You'll Be Doing

- Operate a dozer safely and efficiently to manage stockpiles and maintain production flow
- Push, level, and move aggregate materials to support plant and quarry operations
- Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain safe work areas and travel routes throughout the site
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support team success

- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in a production environment
- Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and compliance with procedures
- Capability to perform routine equipment inspections and identify operational concerns
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs

Conditions of Employment

- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
