You'll build and execute the strategy that attracts and hires top students into our internship and new-graduate Technology Programmes and work closely with hiring managers, university partners, and a close-knit, high-performing team.
This is a high-visibility role, partnering directly with senior business stakeholders. If you love a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you're energized by the challenge of finding and developing exceptional early-career talent, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will
- Be responsible for hiring interns, coops and graduates onto our Technology teams. You will work closely with other Tech Recruiters, hiring for a range of different teams within Technology.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and develop pipelines of diverse and top-tier candidates.
- Be candidate focussed, ensuring a positive and consistent experience throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to the design, selection of candidates, and running of our Discovery Programme, and converting successful candidates onto our internship programmes.
- Apply an analytical approach using data, stats, and trends to inform hiring decisions and refine the recruitment strategy over time.
- Identify market trends and modify your approach based on your informed research and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key university contacts.
- Attend and contribute to campus events and career fairs in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. Investigate what activities and locations drive the most results.
What we're looking for
- Professional recruiting experience working with high volume of positions; campus/early-career recruiting strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with STEM or technical recruiting is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working autonomously, prioritizing effectively, and operating with a sense of urgency.
- A drive to improve and iterate - bring forward ideas for how we can develop in all areas, be it our internal processes, our external messaging, or something we haven’t considered.
- Outgoing, collaborative, and energized by working in a small, close team.
- Confident engaging with people at all levels, inside and outside the organization.
- Familiarity with iCIMS or a similar ATS.
- Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles.
