Senior Advertising Account Manager

We are looking for a pragmatic, performance-driven Enterprise Advertising Account Manager to join our Enterprise Advertising team in Warsaw .

At Taboola we need commercial partners, not just account managers. You should be a trusted advisor who proactively guides clients and confidently steers them toward better results, even if it means challenging the status quo. Rather than relying on a single contact, you will build deep, multi-threaded relationships across every level of an agency or brand to ensure our partnerships are resilient, secure, and continuously expanding.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Experience: At least 5 years in a client-facing role with experience managing performance marketing campaigns or working within the performance marketing industry

- Local Expertise: Native or fluent in Polish with the ability to work professionally in English.

- Technical Comfort: You need to be tech-savvy enough to launch and control campaign setup, tracking, and optimization quickly.

- Relationship Skills: You know how to navigate large organizations and build trust beyond the initial point of contact.

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Advertising Account Manager you’ll bring value by:

- Onboarding & Management: Get new clients started on the right foot and maintain daily contact with our most important enterprise partners.

- Performance Optimization: You will spend time on the data. If a campaign isn’t performing, you will try to find a way to fix it. If it is performing, you find ways to scale it.

- Managing Expectations: You will need to be honest with clients about what works on our platform. By setting clear boundaries and goals, you bring more value to the client and to Taboola.

- Internal Collaboration: You’ll work with Sales to transition new business and provide direct feedback to our Product and Support teams to improve our tools
