About this role
Paid Media Operations Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Department: Paid Media
Reports To: Director, Paid Media
Who We Are:
Acadia is a trusted digital growth agency for mid-market disrupters. We help brands out-flank their
competition through paid media, retail media and marketplaces, analytics, SEO and CRO, and content and
creative services. Headquartered in Atlanta with a team across the globe, we’re a tight-knit and fast-growing
team of marketing strategists and analysts, driven to make a real impact for our clients and communities.
About the Job:
Acadia is looking for a Paid Media Operations Manager to own the systems, onboarding, and enablement
infrastructure that allow our Paid Media team to scale. This is a dedicated operations and enablement role,
not a campaign management role.
Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for both new
clients and new team members, run the department’s training and L&D program, conduct structured
account audits, and maintain the documentation systems that hold our process together. You are the
connective tissue between what the team needs to know and where to find it.
The ideal candidate has enough paid media channel fluency to conduct a meaningful account audit and
facilitate trainings, paired with genuine operational discipline and a talent for building repeatable processes.
You will not be executing campaigns or advising clients directly; you will be making sure everyone who does
can do it faster, more consistently, and with less friction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the team’s strategic resources, templates, and past media plans so new team members and clients have what they need from day one
- Resolve billing, access, and account ownership issues during onboarding, and ensure new accounts are set up in financial tracking before handoff
- Run structured account audits for every new client, documenting account history, flagging structural issues, and identifying quick wins
- Build and maintain the audit frameworks and templates that keep execution consistent across engagements
- Review targeting setups, asset organization, and naming conventions during onboarding audits, flagging gaps to account leads and Ad Ops
- Own onboarding readout templates and run post-onboarding retrospectives to identify process gaps
- Drive platform certification across the team and maintain a consistent mechanism for surfacing platform updates, betas, and industry news
- Fold competitive landscape review into onboarding audits and keep competitive intelligence training resources current
- Own the full team member onboarding lifecycle, from pre-hire checklists through structured ramp in a new hire’s first weeks
- Run the team’s training and L&D program end to end: ideation, scheduling, content creation, and delivery of Lunch & Learns and remedial trainings
- Own internal communication of onboarding status, timelines, kickoff processes, and ramp-down criteria to Account Management
- Coordinate onboarding across Account Management, Ad Ops, HR, and Finance, and maintain the paid media operations hub
- Drive adoption of Asana and Google Drive for task tracking and documentation, and keep SOPs and best-practice resources current
- Integrate AI tooling into onboarding, audit, and training workflows, and document repeatable workflows the team can adopt
- What we offer – The Perks
- A work environment that enthusiastically encourages creativity, risk-taking, and growth
- Paid holidays
- Paid time off
- We are closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day
- 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave to welcome and bond with your growing family
- Solid health benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance)
- 401k match
- Opportunity for growth that is second to none in the industry
- Flexible working hours
