Assistant Manager Procurement- Data Center
Location- Dubai
- Good understanding of procurement-related financial processes and controls.
- Ability to coordinate fund allocation, budget availability, and financial approvals.
- Strong knowledge of invoice verification, payment processing, and payment tracking.
- Experience in coordinating bank guarantees, performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, and Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Strong understanding of financial controls, commercial procedures, contractual requirements, and procurement policies.
