Beaumont Home Health
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM - 5PM)
Beaumont Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and daily living support to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and other personal care
- Assist with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and mobility
- Support ambulation and range-of-motion exercises as directed
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Follow the patient’s plan of care, company policies, and state regulations
- Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service area
Requirements
- 1 year of nurse aide experience required
- STNA certification or completion of a 75-hour CNA/nurse aide training program
- Skills competency test score of 80% or higher
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work well with patients and families
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
