As a Project Analyst II at ICON, you will support project management teams by analyzing data, monitoring project performance, and ensure that project objectives are met on time and within scope.
Project Analyst needed to support Regulatory Project Services (RPS) team with project management, coordination, budget, and billing management of Regulatory Consulting Solutions (RCS) projects. The Project Analyst II will work closely with RPS Regulatory Project Managers, ICON project leads, and clients.
What You Will Do:
You will contribute to project and programme management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing project data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project activities align with organizational objectives.
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and recommending solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status and performance to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identifying trends, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant project and programme management experience ideally within a clinical environment, along with the following qualifications and skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in life sciences
- 2-3 years of relevant experience and/or study in Project Management or Regulatory or a related field.
- General Business and/or Finance-related experience is a plus.
- Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadline
- Shift Working - 2pm to 11pm IST
