About this role

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Fixed term (6 months) Administrator to join our CEFA account in York. 37.5 hrs per week – Hybrid occasional attendance required in office.

In this role, you will provide a wide range of administrative support services to the Eastern Planning and Management team (EREC). This will enable the Eastern route to maximise efficiency and effectiveness and to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

This role offers you a unique opportunity to join the Eastern planning team as one of NR main contractors in the delivery of Operational Property Inspections. A varied working week of administrative activities and flexible office/home-based working will keep you engaged.

What You’ll Do:

- Maintain and update records within various planning information systems.

- Prepare and submit works orders for all subcontract suppliers.

- Verifying and checking subcontractor time sheets.

- Place orders with suppliers and sub-contractors for services .

- Undertake general team administrative duties as and when required to support the team.

- Distribute information and share information internally and externally to ensure customer needs are met.

- Receive and disseminate information to team members to ensure delivery of services.

- Maintain systems in an orderly manner.

- Collate data and produce reports as requested.

- Administer team SharePoint sites.

What You’ll Bring:

- Proficient user of MS office who can work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience or knowledge in administering work orders and collating information to produce reports.

- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
