Every strong supply chain starts with smart decisions and trusted partnerships. As our Procurement Specialist , you will help us improve how we source, work with suppliers, and deliver sustainable value across the organization.
As part of our Global Procurement team in Poland, you will work closely with Category Managers and stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and R&D. This hands-on role combines procurement coordination, analysis, and project ownership, giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements across the business.
What is waiting for you?
• Coordinating sourcing activities across assigned categories—from RFQs/RFPs and supplier evaluations to negotiations, contract implementation, and follow-up.
• Using spends, market, cost, and supplier data to identify savings, working-capital improvements, risks, and opportunities for value creation.
• Owning selected procurement projects by setting plans, aligning stakeholders, tracking risks and milestones, and driving implementation.
• Strengthening supplier collaboration through performance reviews, improvement actions, clear communication, and follow-up on commitments.
• Supporting procurement governance, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement, while keeping data and documentation accurate.

What do you need to succeed in this role?
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, project coordination, or related commercial role.
• A good understanding of procurement, supplier and contract management, supply chain principles, and key commercial drivers.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations, actions, and business decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership and follow through.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset, fluency in written and spoken English, and communicative Polish, both written and spoken.
Experience in manufacturing, relevant procurement or project management training, and familiarity with ERP or procurement tools will be an advantage.
