Job Description:

Position Summary

The **Storage Business Lead – Israel** is responsible for driving the growth, execution, and profitability of the storage business across the Israeli market. This role develops and executes go-to-market strategies, builds strong customer and partner relationships, leads sales and business development activities, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

The successful candidate will combine strong enterprise storage expertise with commercial leadership, customer engagement, and an understanding of the Israeli technology market.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall storage business strategy and business plan for Israel.

- Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, market share, and profitability.

- Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, public-sector organizations, service providers, and strategic partners.

- Lead account planning and opportunity development for storage solutions, including:

- Primary and secondary storage

- Hybrid cloud and data-management solutions

- Backup, recovery, and cyber-resilience solutions

- Work closely with sales, presales, channel, marketing, services, finance, and technical teams to execute business priorities.

- Build and manage a strong partner ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances.

- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities in Israel.

- Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and executive-level presentations.

- Support complex sales engagements, negotiations, and strategic bids.

- Establish accurate forecasts, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and business reviews.

- Represent the company at customer meetings, partner events, industry conferences, and executive forums.

- Ensure alignment with company policies, commercial processes, security requirements, and applicable Israeli regulations.

- Coach and influence internal teams and partners to achieve shared business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud, data management, or storage.

- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, business development, product management, or go-to-market management.

- Strong understanding of enterprise storage technologies and related data-center solutions.

- Proven ability to develop business plans and deliver revenue and growth targets.

- Experience working with Israeli enterprise customers and channel partners.

- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Fluency in Hebrew and English.

- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multinational organization.

- Willingness to travel within Israel and occasionally internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise storage, hybrid cloud, cyber resilience, backup, or data services.

- Existing relationships with major Israeli enterprises, government organizations, service providers, and technology partners.

- Experience managing strategic accounts or complex, multi-year transactions.

- Familiarity with public-sector procurement and large-scale technology tenders in Israel.

- MBA or advanced business/technical degree.

- Experience leading cross-functional or virtual teams.

- Strong understanding of competitors and market positioning in the Israeli infrastructure market.
