Overview

We are seeking a talented .NET Developer to join our Application Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications while contributing to modernization initiatives, system integrations, and cloud-based technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment utilizing modern Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Angular .
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS .
- Design and optimize database solutions utilizing SQL Server and Oracle .
- Implement authentication and authorization solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Active Directory integration.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in application deployments, release management, change management, and production support activities.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing applications with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core .
- Minimum 2 years of Angular development experience , including upgrades, migrations, and new application development.
- Strong understanding of: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) SOLID principles Design patterns Software development best practices
- Experience developing REST APIs, web services, and microservices.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in IIS and cloud-hosted environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, and vulnerability remediation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with: Azure DevOps GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline development Azure Entra ID
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Active Directory, and SSO technologies.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with centralized logging, monitoring, and observability solutions.

Nice to Have

- Financial services, banking, or capital markets industry experience.
- Experience integrating applications with Microsoft 365 and cloud collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of Excel automation, VBA, and advanced spreadsheet functionality.

The typical base pay range for this role is as follows:

- New York / New Jersey: $89k - $141k
