The Manager, Marketing Analytics & Planning, will play a key role in driving the vision and marketing strategy for Firehouse Subs in Canada. This role will lead the marketing analytics function for Canada, and ensure the marketing calendar is strategically adapted for Canada across Sales Planning & Digital functions. The candidate will need a strong analytical mindset to understand Sales performance and will need to actively recommend tactics to drive sales across channels. The role will also oversee industry performance for the Sub/Sandwich category in Canada in order to drive profitable sales growth across the FHS system.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON .
What You’ll Cook Up:
- Synthesize data and analysis to generate actionable insights to solve complex problems and inform corporate strategy
- Identify local opportunities to help drive and maximize restaurant performance
- Develop and implement marketing strategy that drive traffic and sales growth in targeted regions and across the country
- Conduct sales planning and marketing analytics and play a key role in sales forecast development
- Optimize product launches through Canadian research and market trends
- Collaborate with various cross-functional departments such as Insights, Marketing Analytics, Operations and Advertising teams to optimize product offerings and campaigns on the calendar
- Manage research priorities & budget for Canada and ensure calendar is validated with Canadian guests
- Serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees on calendar and sales planning initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks
What Ingredients You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in analytics, sales analysis, and business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales planning, forecasting, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve processes, analytics, or productivity is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a drive to continuously improve and deliver impact.
Base salary range of $105,000 – $125,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is not eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan.
