For us, it’s not just about being there. It’s a chance to meet the people working with data every day. Data Engineers, Consultants, Architects and others who are curious about what’s next in their field and in their career.
We’re growing our Data & AI team and looking for people who want to work on real data challenges, from data engineering and architecture to Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.

Requirements
At adesso, we are looking for Data Engineers who know how to translate complex data issues into scalable, efficient solutions. Someone who embraces cloud technology, but also understands that good data solutions start with understanding the process behind the numbers.
Ideally, you have a consultancy background working in one of the different domains like data engineering, data science, AI engineering etc. for minimum 5 years and more and you speak one of our national languages FR+ENG or Dutch+ENG.

- A key role in building the Data & AI practice in Belgium , with a specific focus on modern Microsoft data platforms and Fabric .
- Close collaboration with our Dutch Data & AI team , with access to proven architectures, accelerators and experienced peers in Azure and Fabric.
- A personal development plan, training budget and support for Microsoft certifications (Fabric, Azure, Power BI).
- Opportunities to grow towards roles such as Lead Data Engineer, Solution Architect, Analytics Engineer or BI Lead , depending on your ambitions.
